The middle river section of the Kenai continues to be great for nice, fat rainbows trout.  The dolly Varden are mostly gone now, off to do the spawning thing up the tributaries. So it is just you, the silver salmon, and the rainbows trout as far as fishing on the kenai river in concerned.
